CareWorks Claims Portal Mobile Optimization
Over the next few days, CareWorks will be releasing an update to the CareWorks Claims Portal. The update will allow for optimal viewing and usage on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
CareWorks clients currently have access to all claims information on the Claims Portal. Claims information, diagnosis codes, medical bill payment information and imaged documents are just a few of the items to which CareWorks clients have access. Clients also have the ability to run ad hoc reports that can be exported to Excel.
This is the first in a series of enhancements we are making to the Claims Portal.
We surveyed a subset of our partners to identify enhancements that would be most beneficial. The feedback received was outstanding and the requested updates are underway. As soon as they are ready to be released we will communicate back to everyone.
